Who operates it. My Homi Home Automation Inc, operating as Homi Home Automation, a licensed electrical and smart home contractor in Sherman Oaks, California.
Program description. Homi Home Automation sends job dispatch information by text message to its own field technicians. Messages contain the job number, service type, client name, site address, arrival and end time, and scope of work, together with notices when a job changes or is cancelled. This program is for Homi personnel. It is not a customer-facing program, and no marketing or promotional messages are sent through it.
How technicians join. Technicians are enrolled when they sign the SMS acknowledgment during onboarding. Numbers are added to the dispatch system only after that form is signed.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with workload.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
To get help. Reply HELP to any message, email support@homihomeautomation.com, or call 818-245-5201.
To stop messages. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume. Opting out means you will no longer receive job assignments by text; tell your supervisor so work can be dispatched another way.
Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
