Take Control
of Your Home
Simplicity. Control. Reliability.
One tap. One voice command. Total harmony.
What Is Smart Home
Automation?
Smart home automation connects the individual systems in your home—lighting, shades, audio, climate, security, and more—into one unified platform you control from a single interface. Instead of managing dozens of separate apps, switches, and remotes, you interact with your home through elegant touchscreens, custom keypads, a smartphone, or your voice.
The result is a home that anticipates your needs. Lights adjust automatically as the sun sets. Shades respond to temperature changes. Music follows you from room to room. Security cameras stream to any screen. Everything works together reliably, so you can focus on living rather than troubleshooting.
Savant Home
Automation
Homi Home Automation is an authorized Savant dealer. We design, wire, install and program Savant systems that bring lighting, shades, climate, audio and video, cameras and Wi-Fi into one app and one remote.
Because we are also a licensed C-10 electrical contractor (#1147130), the same team handles the electrical work, the smart home wiring and the programming, so you are not coordinating three different companies. Most Savant projects start with a free design consultation, often during new construction or a major remodel.

Control4
One-Tap Whole-Home Control
Control4 is the backbone of many of our installations, providing centralized command over every connected system in your home. From elegant touchscreens and handheld remotes to the intuitive mobile app, Control4 makes complex automation simple to use.
Lutron HomeWorks
Sophisticated Lighting Control
Lutron HomeWorks is Lutron's flagship whole-home lighting control system. Precision dimming creates the perfect ambiance for any occasion while extending bulb life and reducing energy consumption. Custom-engraved keypads fit cleanly into your interior design.
Motorized Shades
Precision, Privacy & Efficiency
Motorized window treatments deliver convenience, energy savings, and refined aesthetics. Program shades to respond to time of day, sunlight intensity, or temperature—or adjust them manually from any control point.
Ubiquiti Security Cameras Whole-Home WiFi
Security & Networking
Enterprise-grade reliability belongs in your home. Ubiquiti's UniFi ecosystem delivers rock-solid WiFi coverage and professional-grade security cameras with local storage—no monthly fees, no cloud dependency.
Whole-Home Audio
Immersive, Clutter-Free Sound
Experience music, podcasts, and entertainment throughout your home with architectural speakers that disappear into ceilings and walls. Stream different content to different zones or unify the entire house for parties.
Josh.ai & Crestron
Advanced Control
Josh.ai brings natural language voice control to your smart home without compromising your privacy. Unlike mainstream voice assistants, Josh.ai processes commands locally and never sells your data. Speak naturally and watch your home respond intelligently.
How Everything Works
Together
We design every installation with integration at the core. Our programming ensures that systems respond intelligently to each other and to your preferences—without requiring constant manual input.
Your lighting scenes coordinate with motorized shades to optimize natural light. Your security system integrates with lighting to simulate occupancy while you travel. Your audio system pauses automatically when the doorbell rings.
